Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

If you are looking for a great opportunity with a growing company, this is the right step for you! The Operations Coordinator will, in collaboration with a sales team, help us grow our company! We are looking for candidates to fill Full-time and Part-time operation positions to be able to handle new customer accounts


  • Work directly with sales to onboard and manage new and existing accounts

  • Manage day to day operations including pricing, load building, carrier selection, tracking, and invoicing

  • Focus on building strong client relationships

  • Exceed client expectations with exceptional customer service

  • Proactive problem solver

  • Team player to work with everyone in the office to go above and beyond for our clients

  • Creating SOPs for accounts managed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Preferred 1 year experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics

  • Excellent vocal and written communication skills

  • Creative problem solver and decision maker

  • Professional, cooperative, and willing to learn
