Operations Coordinator
Job Description:

We are looking for candidates to fill Full-time and Part-time operation positions to be able to handle new customer accounts
Responsibilities

Work directly with sales to onboard and manage new and existing accounts

Manage day to day operations including pricing, load building, carrier selection, tracking, and invoicing

Focus on building strong client relationships

Exceed client expectations with exceptional customer service

Proactive problem solver

Team player to work with everyone in the office to go above and beyond for our clients

Creating SOPs for accounts managed

Desired Skills & Experience:

Preferred 1 year experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics
