Sales Associate
Job Description:
The Sales Associate will, in collaboration with an operations team, help us grow our company! We are a recent startup right in the Business Incubator on the NWTC campus. We are targeting college students that are looking to gain work experience in the sales industry.

Responsibilities

This position calls for a professional who will generate revenue by engaging with strategic clients and prospects; manage relationships from first contact to implementation of services.

Close new business deals by listening to potential clients’ needs and requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Present and sell company services to potential clients. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from website activity.

Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.

Collaborate with the Senior Management Team when reviewing data from potential clients, developing proposals & fee structures.

Identify industry opportunities in addition to those industries in which the company has current clients.

Maintain CRM system, add new prospects, record all sales related contact activity.
Requirements:

Experience with sales or in a sales support role and client relations is not required.

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Be comfortable on the phone

Be able to work 15-35 hours per week

Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and constructively bring market feedback to Management Team.

Self-motivated individual who is passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
